Liprando Development Company is a family owned and operated collection of various hospitality and recreation facilities in Southwestern Pennsylvania.

Our endeavors include 3 hotels: The Holiday Inn Express of Irwin: 64 rooms The Holiday Inn Express of Delmont: 72 rooms The Wingate Inn of Latrobe: 80 rooms All 3 hotels are easily accessible from major intersections and are limited service properties for the businessman.

We own and operate 5 public golf courses: Irwin Country Club Lincoln Hills Country Club Mannitto Golf Course Norvelt Golf Club Valley Green Golf and Country Club A related business that we also operate is Eagle Irrigation, a residential and golf course irrigation company that installs automated sprinkler systems on the Eastern Coast.

All of these businesses were started by Greg and Joan Liprando in 1968 with the purchase of the Irwin Country Club in Paintertown, a suburb of Irwin in Pennsylvania.   Greg and Joan have worked all of their lives in the golf course business.   They have taught their children the hard work ethic to have successful and beautiful properties to draw customers to their places of business.

Larry Liprando owns and operates the Norvelt Golf Course, Tom Liprando owns and operates the Irwin Country Club.   Linda Rusnock and her husband David manage the Lincoln Hills Country Club along with the Irwin Holiday Inn.   Ellen Urda and her husband live in the Eastern part of the state where John is a Vice-President with Morgan-Stanley Dean-Witter.

Greg and Joan have also been fortunate to have Greg's brothers manage and operate businesses for them.   Larry Liprando manages and is the PGA Pro at the Valley Green Golf and Country Club.   Dave Liprando manages the Mannitto Golf Course.

Liprando Development Company is a company that has its roots in hard work and commitment and has its vision to the future.   We appreciate all of our past, present and future customers and look to the future to expand upon our rock solid foundation.
